Care Assessment Tool CAT CbDs in General Practice primary care placements are being replaced by Care Assessment Tools CATs which allows a greater range of information and performance to be recorded and assessed against the Capabilities CbDs will remain in the nonprimary care setting and become one type of CAT in the primary care setting
