By Brittany Zuick The sound pierced my ears Our screams were of pure fright confusion and basically because it just felt like that was the right thing to do at a time like this As I kneeled crouched between the corner of the room and the sofa I waited I heard a BANG Than a few minutes later I would hear it againBANG The sound of engines rumbled through town In the faint distance I could hear the shot of a pistol I blinked every time I heard it clutching my hands for I knew that someone in the wrong place at the wrong time was now gone
