Kent School of Social Work Fall 2020Spring 2023 Summary Consistent with its focus on antioppression the Kent School of Social Work seeks to promote diversity equity and inclusion among Students Faculty Staff This priority spans all aspects of the school from its overall climate to the various activities in which the Kent School is engaged including education research administrationsupport and service This Diversity Equity and Inclusion plan spans from Fall 2020 when Dean David Jenkins charged the School with becoming more antiracist through Spring 2023
